Are 'Clones' Electric?

Since Christmas I've had the pleasure of working retail downtown SF, Macy's Union Square. I never thought I'd be an old lady working retail, but here I am. At least I'm a "really cute old lady" as said by self-proclaimed '"avery attractive black man",  and very 21 years old, Noah.  haha, he was cute.
It's actually been totally entertaining slingling jewelry and I've been loving my THX 1138 BART commute everyday to SF city. I'm on a Misty Mountain top hop in the Oakland hillls. I love the BART- it's like a ride (a cross between the Monorail and the "It's A Small World" ride that we got stuck in forever with the Lawrence's when we visited Disneyland '72) and part of my commute is shuffling my songs on my iPod and letting it Divine the Message and Majic of the day ahead of me. I depend upon this. It is my religion. Early today this song hit my shuffle as I cruised underground and ocean to my SF destination. I'm smiling and I'm remembering listening to this on the radio while "lying on the dock", sunning at Big Wolf Lake. It's a scientific fact: after listening to most of Alice Cooper's 4 disc boxset- there are few Coooer songs that I don't like, but this morning I really appreciated his foray into new wave, very Gary Numan. And then I look this up tonight.

Haha, it's ok, Gary copped it from Kraftwerk anyway, so, like the Blues, we all riff off each other and that's what makes the world go 'round.
Recently, I've heard it said that there are no 'new' ideas, it's all been done, thus no 'new' music, but I believe that this petri dish of influence swirling in the cosmos of creativity could still birth a new star, or genre or medium.

Oh,
and  P.S.
Don't let Steve Jobs hear you say that there are no new ideas or your 415 card will be revoked!
P.P.S  I think I like this one better; his Detroit roots are showing.

Riding the BART during commuter hours, the irony is not lost on me:
 WE'RE ALL CLONES

Jeesus! It just keeps getting better! This one is even more apt for my commute to work at Unioin Square, SF.
"I just wanna be myself, I just wanna be myself!"~ Naw, I'm happy to be another Robert Palmer girl.

Oh, and here's a tutorial on how:
And I must, leave you with this:
